I'm Kellie — throughout my earlier years I have spent time simply existing....being fat, being skinny, being weak, being emotionally unstable, operating out of conditioning and limiting beliefs, and putting everyone else's need before my own because I didn't know how to care for myself AND others simultaneously.
That ALL changed 10 years ago, and now I am here to help YOU move through ALL the shitty ways being and EXPLODE into your most authentic, strong and free Self.
Here are the bits about me: I am a mama of 3 kiddos, certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, a Neurolinguistic Kinesiologist, and an internationally certified Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Practitioner.
Working in conjunction with my epic Coaching Team from my Gym and Wellness Space in QLD, Australia, we are here to remember what it's like to fully inhabit your life!
