Hi, I'm Kellie

I'm Kellie — throughout my earlier years I have spent time simply existing....being fat, being skinny, being weak, being emotionally unstable, operating out of conditioning and limiting beliefs, and putting everyone else's need before my own because I didn't know how to care for myself AND others simultaneously.

That ALL changed 10 years ago, and now I am here to help YOU move through ALL the shitty ways being and EXPLODE into your most authentic, strong and free Self.

Here are the bits about me: I am a mama of 3 kiddos, certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, a Neurolinguistic Kinesiologist, and an internationally certified Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Practitioner.

Working in conjunction with my epic Coaching Team from my Gym and Wellness Space in QLD, Australia, we are here to remember what it's like to fully inhabit your life!

Why full circle?

For too long, we've been taught to separate our wellbeing into compartments. We chase fitness goals while ignoring chronic stress. We focus solely on nutrition while overlooking emotional patterns that keep us stuck in a shitty food relationship. We treat symptoms instead of asking what they're trying to tell us.

But our bodies don't work that way.

Every thought, every emotion, every habit and every experience influences the way we feel, move and live. Your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing are not separate systems — they are deeply interconnected. When one area is out of balance, it affects the others. Likewise, when one area begins to heal, every part of you has the opportunity to grow.

This is the philosophy behind my work, and now, my signature program, Encompass.
